- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The only branch I have dealt with is the branch on Causeway but google doesn't have that one up yet. Until recently they handled my transactions smoothly. This morning I went in to deposit a check that said my wife and my name on it. The check said pay to the order of: "John and/or Jane Smith". They wouldn't deposit it because my wife hadn't signed it also. That's why the check says "and/or". I explained to the cashier that it was worded that way purposefully so either one of us could make a deposit. I am disappointed with the ineptitude and lack of common knowledge.
